Impossible to activate. Wasted my money. You see a million numbers and codes but none of them work. This is a scam!

Hi Ross We're sorry you weren't able to do the tour. We understand the frustration and unfortunately, Viator includes a lot of their own codes on the ticket which can cause confusion. We sent you an email on confirmation of your booking letting you know which code was the one to use.
