To offer assistance, I tried calling you, emailing you and messaging you through Tripadvisor. You didn't respond to any of these. If you get in touch with us, we'll gladly give you credit for another of our 1,000+ tours globally. I can't respond regarding the "survey" you're referring to. That's from Tripadvisor – and it submitted this review.

Amazing tour! My boyfriend and I enjoyed it more than we expected we would. Very interesting and easy to use/navigate.

I was unable to download the audio tour. The instructions were unclear. I was not able to contact a representative via email or phone, for assistance. It was a waste of my time trying to troubleshoot and a waste of my money! VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Hi Kimla Once the tour is purchased, you're sent 4 steps to download the VoiceMap app and use the voucher code provided to redeem the tour. The instructions aren't unclear and have been used by hundreds of customers before you to redeem the same tour. We responded to your support request and provided additional information about redeeming the tour.
