We enjoyed the everglades. Ben has a lot of knowledge. We loved his excitement for the wild life and fauna. Ben was a bit condescending, and my kids did not want to ask questions because they said he made them feel stupid. I'm sure there is a better fit for him in your company.

Thank you for your review and I'm glad you liked the tour although I am sorry your kids felt the way they felt. Ben is an excellent guide (as evidenced by the many great reviews he gets) and is very good at guiding all age groups - even teenagers which as you mentioned can be a tough audience. I know it is never his or any of our guides intention to "feel stupid". Our goal is to educate, entertain and empower ecotourists and as a biologist with an ecotourism degree, Ben has a lot of interesting information to provide.

I went on the airboat ride and it was great. Saw crocodiles and a lot of birds. The airboat was surprisingly really fast on the water and the splashes were big. I didn’t get wet and took a lot of great pics of the wildlife. It was very fun!

Ben was very knowledgeable and the trip was a lot of fun. We enjoyed all aspects as a good introduction to this part of the world. There was a lot of driving and sitting, but it was informative and fun.

Thank you for your feedback. Ben does a great job educating and entertain guests. The Everglades is a remote wilderness and it does take just over an hour to drive there from the Greater Fort Myers Area and once we are there we have the opportunity to enjoy the four main ecosystems of the world's only Everglades. Glad you had fun!
