Passport details such as full name, date of birth, citizenship and passport expiration date must be provided for all passengers at the time of booking in order to authorize entry into the independent nation of the Bahamas Longer than expected wait times at Bahamas & US Immigration entry points are possible due to staff shortages at border patrol.
No refund or charge back will be authorized for failure to provide full names and passport details for all guests at the time of booking

The only service provided by the operator was the transportation from hotel to ferry and from ferry to hotel. We did not receive any information about the tour, the activities. The trip between the port in Miami to Freeport takes 2:30 hs and during this period we did not receive any information about what to expect when arriving in Freeport. People can feel completely lost when arriving there. I think there woud be people from the operator all the time providing information, mainly because many people does not speak english and it is difficult to understand what to do. They did nothing. I felt as if I had organised the tour by myself. With no guide. No help. No information. I hardly do not recommend. Mainly for people older than 50 years.

A great trip, not to be missed at all if you are in Miami. We enjoyed it thoroughly and it made our vacation. Highly recommended.
