My husband and I were in Yellowstone to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. Josh,Emily,and Megan gave us an opportunity to see the “real Yellowstone”. They were fun and knowledgeable and made sure that every single participant had an amazing experience. We have so many wonderful memories of our trip and we are so thankful that we used Yellowstone Hiking Guides.

My partner and I just spent a wonderful 2 days of hiking with Yellowstone Hiking Guides. Yesterday's tour in the Lamar Valley was gentle walking in an area full of amazing wildlife, including bison, pronghorn, elks, sandhill crane, mountain bluebird, kestrel and lesser scaup. A great atmosphere in a wonderful setting, with beautiful weather. Today's walk was more strenuous, uphill to the summit of Bunsen Peak, with only Emily as our guide and both of us. A wonderful day in great company, where Emily guided us skillfully through the wilderness. This was our first visit to Yellowstone, and these 2 hiking trips made this visit extra special!

We were able to do two hikes with Josh and Emily Jo and it was amazing. To be able to stand in the Lamar Valley amongst all of the bison and pronghorn walking by was the best part of the trip. Josh and Emily (and Rachael) were very friendly and patient to ensure that everyone had a great experience. The pace up Bunsen Peak was set to the pace of the slowest hiker (me) and for that, it was greatly appreciated. The views were spectacular. We highly recommend any opportunity to take a walk/hike with this team. It will be worth your while to get off the park road and pull-outs and really experience what the park has to offer.
