Had a brillant day to the Grand Canyon and Hoover dam. Very well organised went very smoothly. Our guide Ian was excellent very informative, gave us great information on las vegas . Included in the price was breakfast and lunch which was fab. Also lots of bottled water on the bus available through out the day which you definitely needed. Definitely recommend this tour guide

The tour guide, Joe was funny but he picked on one customer who was 5 minutes late meeting the bus, the customer and his wife had a small child and were having a rough time with the child. His behaviour was very disrespectful. The driver, Pricilla, joined in with the tour guide after the customer left, but there were customers still on the bus that could hear all of their comments, this was very rude and disrespectful. The other thing is that you should change the name of the tour as we did see the Grand Canyon but we only saw the Hoover Dam from above and we were unable to see it up close, there were several customers who could not walk the whole way up to the viewing point so did not see the Dam at all, the reason that we didn’t see the Dam was the tour guide and driver were in a rush to beat the traffic so they could get home on time. We spoke to several other customers who were very disappointed as well, the tour was not cheap.
