We had such an enjoyable time with our super guide, Kristin. She was so energetic and passionate about sharing her knowledge of the Atlanta history. Great tour for locals as well as out of town guests.

We toured with Kristen on 1/12/19 and had a great time. Every food stop had great food, and they happily made adjustments to accommodate a food preference (no onions) that we noted in our reservation. Portions were big so we didn’t come away hungry. Some dishes even changed our minds about those foods - fried okra, sweet potato fries, and pork belly. Don’t worry...they weren’t all in one dish! The history portion was excellent and Oakland Cemetery is a place we’ll visit again. It’s beautiful! Atlanta native, Kristen was a great guide, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We’ve done many food tours, both in Georgia and elsewhere. This tour was one of the best!

Had the great pleasure of taking this tour with Margaret. I was the only one on the tour on this gloomy and rainy day and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I arrived early as I was not familiar with the area. It was actually easy to find and GPS took me directly to the meet up place. Park right on the street next to the restaurant. Plenty of parking around the area at that time of day. From the minute I met Margaret, I knew it was going to be a fun tour. She was very helpful, energetic and enthusiastic. The gloomy rainy day did not dampen her bright spirit. I felt like I was just out to a lunch crawl with a long time friend, except this friend had a ton of knowledge about Atlanta’s history. I learned a lot and had a great time. The food selection was great and quite filling. It was threaded quite nicely with the historical background and theme of the tour. By the fourth restaurant, I was quite full and was unable to finish all the food....and then there was dessert after. Just had enough for a little taste and the rest became dessert for dinner.
