I have been grilling and BBQing for over 20 years, and have trained abroad in France, Spain, Argentina, Thailand, South Korea and other countries. As a native of the American South, I combine my culinary roots with eclectic and diverse flavor profiles. The result is a completely unique approach to grilling, based on science that marries traditionally Southern recipes and techniques with exciting ethnic-inspired flavors. With over 350 classes delivered and a perfect 5 out of 5 stars rating, I know you will leave my kitchen as a better griller and overall cook! Let's get grilling y'all!

My 16 yr old son and I attended Chef Steven’s most recent class. We had a great time learning the science and methods of grilling. Chef Steven kept the course lively and fun, well also being very informative and interesting. Chef was also very responsive to our son’s dietary restrictions. We have no doubt that we will be attending another of Chef Stevens classes very soon. Top notch and a very fun night for all. Thank you Chef!

Chef Steven was wonderful! He was incredibly thoughtful navigating my food allergies, and taught us so much about grilling various meats and fish.
