I took this tour solo and I had the most Amazing time.. Denise, introduced me to three other female solo travelers and called us the "Single Ladies Group". It was a perfect day for the tour and we saw and heard a lot of transient orca whales. We even got to see Harbor Seals on our tour. If you plan on visiting the islands this tour is a must do!!

A trip with Dan is the best...He knows where to find the whales if they are in the area...also the seals....he knows the history of the islands and has a sense of humor when he tells the story...when our grandchildren come to visit...going out with Captain Dan is a must.

We didn't see whales the 1st time, but thoroughly enjoyed Captain Dan & the naturalists on this charter, so we decided to go again the next day, and Captain Dan went the extra mile (literally) to turn around and go to an area where orcas had been spotted. We saw bald eagles, sea lions, and enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable naturalists. Highly recommend!
