Alec was excellent tour guide. Highly recommend to experience San Antonio. SW many areas you would not know about alone

I spent 75 $, but no one showed up to pick me up. I called them 3 times, but no one picked up the phone. I waited for 90 min. My money is ripped and is asking for refund if possible.
