We had an excellent time on the Fishmonster Max. Captain Marlin and his crew go way above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I witnessed the Captain and crew giving pointers and assisting at every opportunity. I have done quite a few head boat/party boat trips around the country. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. If you have young or inexperienced anglers do not hesitate going on this trip. The Fishmonster crew will tell you exactly how to put a few fish in the cooler. These folks are doing it right.

My wife and I were on vacation in Marathon, FL and decided to do a one-day charter down in Key West. I've been following FishMonster on social media for a few years now, so I was always intrigued about going out with them. We booked our spot a few months in advance and it was super easy. Dianne was super accommodating and just flat-out one of the nicest people you'll ever have the joy of interacting with. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the famous Captain Marlin himself (if you follow them on social media, you'll know who he is). The voice is indistinguishable. He's as funny and hospitable in person as he is online. After chatting with him for a bit, we were off! Absolutely perfect day to be out on the water. And, more importantly, LOTS OF ACTION! Within the first hour, we ran into some sailfish action around a weather buoy. No luck on the catch, but still an exciting sight for novice and experienced anglers alike. Off to deeper waters. The bite was non-existent for the next hour or so, but then it became red hot instantly! The green monsters were EVERYWHERE! No exaggerations when I say, I've never seen that many in my 30+ years of fishing. It was by far the greatest day of dolphin fishing I have ever had. Now, for the biggest reason for the 5-Star Review... ...Captain Bodie and Tony the Titan. I can honestly say that if we completely struck out and didn't land a single fish, we would've still had an incredible day. These 2 gentleman were some of the nicest, funniest, and most hospitable guys you'll ever find. They were extremely accommodating, great conversationalists, and a complete joy to be around. Their interactions with each other were hilarious and just kept the day fun. If you ever have a chance to make it down to the Keys, you'd be missing out if you didn't spend a day on the water with FishMonsters. From start to finish, they are simply some of the nicest people you'll ever have the chance of meeting. And, if you get Bodie and Tony on the boat, you're going to be in for a good time! Thank you to all the crew (Bodie and Tony especially)! You were the highlight of an already perfect vacation. Can't wait to see you all again! - John and Gessica
