You’ll be setting out on your adventure in a 35’ Bertram sport fishing boat that can accommodate up to 4 anglers. We'll be targeting Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and plenty more. we'll have you trolling as soon as we leave the harbor. You'll be provided with top-quality fishing gear to help you battle and reel in your dream catch.

Let me say that I am born and raised Hawaiian and this experience was the best I have had so far. Not only were Capt Shawn an expert but we were privileged to have his son Sawyer on deck to help us fish. Both super experienced and I came away with fish and more importantly knowledge of the craft. Mind and belly full!

We had a great time fishing with Capt. Shawn and Mate Judah on the Kona Cowboy! 15 minutes after leaving harbor my wife hooks and lands a 375 lbs Marlin with excellent instruction from the crew. I took lots of pictures and released. 1 hour later my Daughter, Age 15, caught a 35lbs Spearfish, and on the way in to Harbor we hooked again and this time was a 350 lbs Marlin that I got to fight and release! This truly was a trip of a lifetime, and I cannot thank the crew enough! They are a first class operation and I will DEFINITELY be back to fish again. If you’re visiting Kona or close to Kona and want to fish, then definitely give the Kona Cowboy a call!
