Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All participants must sign a Release Form (liability waiver) and/or an assumption of risk form to acknowledge understanding of these risks and assume all risk of participation
Minimum age is 6 years, must be capable of performing specific tasks independently
Properly fit into a type 5 coat guard approved life jacket
Wear closed toe shoes, quick dry materials for rafting (cotton not recommended)
Read and understand all the instructions in English
Consult a doctor before participating if you have a history of head, neck, back, shoulder, or cardiac concerns
Be able to self rescue in the event of a swim
Rental equipment available for rafting (wetsuits, polypro tops, river booties, splash jackets)

We went on the half day white water rafting trip with Noah's Ark, and our guide Reece (hope i'm spelling that correctly). It was my first time doing white water rafting and it was an awesome experience and a great way to spend a morning out on the Arkansas. Reece was both helpful, and entertaining throughout the trip. The water is pretty cold, but your warm up quickly if it's sunny. Do yourself a favor and invest the few extra dollars to rent a wetsuit. About 5 minutes into the trip you'll be very happy you did.
