Don't go to this place we went Wednesday and the food was appaulling. They brought our food out just after giving us our starters. We told them we weren't ready and then they brought out the same food 15 mins later it was freezing cold.. we sent it back and the same food came back again on different plates... again plates were hot food freezing cold. The waiter was clueless and kept saying it was different clearly a lie the burgers were freezing in the middle and my daughters chicken tenders were hard and cold.. appaulling and disgusting never again

Poor Experience. Been to NYC a few times now, thought it would be a good experience to take the wife and kids to Hard Rock for some food and drinks during the Super Bowl.......big mistake. Reserved table online in advance. Arrived only to be told it was $50 per table and $50 per hour whilst there. No explanation or further info provided. Horrendous front of house staff. Sat waiting for a while, then when asked what's going on they explained we need a ticket, yet they didn't provide one. Finally got to a table, all seems fine and in reality the TV was on with the game, it's just the big screen and private area you pay for, why make a big fuss then Hard Rock, there was no need. Been to Hard Rock all over the world, NYC by far the worst. Oh the food, below average, bland and disappointing. Will never be back. Flat draught beer also, don't entertain it, go somewhere else. Saving Grace, Luis our waiter, polite, attentive and probably aware of the poor show that is this place so does his best for the customer and to make his money. Thanks Luis, the only good thing out of it.

We held our wedding dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe on Times Square after we got married on the top of the Rockefeller centre on Friday 20th September. The experience was fantastic, the food was great, the service was exceptional, they gave us free champagne, organised the first dance with our chosen music in the middle of the restaurant and gave us a tour of the site and balcony. It was truly a fantastic occasion for us and they made our day brilliant. I can’t recommend the team or venue any higher as they were perfect. Thank you so much Hard Rock for letting us pre book, organising everything and making our day perfect.
