We visited for breakfast, the ‘hot’ food was cold with a poor selection. We finished eating before the drinks came and the waiting staff were stand off ish. Wouldn’t bother going again

The food was good and the service was quick. We booked for 0945 and was able to be seated 45 mins before which was good. The staff are nice, however they expect a tip. We gave a tip and the waiter made us fully aware what we gave still wasn’t enough. Bear enough the prices aren’t exactly cheap, the staff shouldn’t be expecting tips. It’s rude.

We had a pretty decent night here - the bad reviews seem a little harsh. We turned up early and get seated straight away. The welcome hosts were however completely miserable. We were greeted at our table by Xavier our waiter and he was lovely. We ordered drinks and they came out quickly along with water. The food was perhaps a little slow to come out but it was very busy. The food was fresh, hot and tasty! Presentation was perhaps a little scruffy. Xavier seemed to have a huge amount of tables to accommodate; but he was always smiling and did his best. Perhaps management need to look at staffing levels and I’d imagine your reviews will start getting better.
