Visiting from UK. Had made a birthday request in advance online but although it was on the booking it was ignored so nothing done. Waiting service was terrible. Didn’t get a check back so couldn’t tell the waiter he forgot the guacamole! Got it but almost too late ! Waiter didn’t bring the onion rings. Brought them when asked as we finished the meal so we rejected them. When the bill was brought the waiter said he didn’t charge us for the onion rings like he was doing us a favour! Sadly no tip left. Worst dining experience of our visit to New York. Spoilt the birthday night out.

We arrived looking forward to celebrating my son's birthdays but it was messed up by the Hard Rock Cafe Times Square. I had been saying it was going to be great and the whole thing was messed up. We were still eating our starters then they brought the main meals so asked them to take them away. This then made my son's rush their food and they didn't enjoy it. Then when they brought the main meals they were cold. So I asked for it to be sorted but my oldest boy had his meal that was cold. Then they brought our meals then when we were eating our mains they brought a birthday pudding for my one son. It was a real mess up. We normally would say Hard Rock Cafe are great but this time I would say don't bother as they messed up something that was special. Very very very very very very very very unhappy customers. Not the standard of the Hard Rock Cafe we have got use to

What a fantastic night we had here ,22nd November, for my wifes birthday. Food was excellent, staff were excellent. Guy called Bam served us and was superb throughout. As it was my wifes birthday he brought a very large sharing sundae to the table and had the whole place cheering my wifes birthday. After the meal we were treated to a rooftop visit by the manager, overlooking Times Square which rounded off a perfect birthday night .
