This was an unexpected wonderful experience. We came to see a play and had a limited time to see NYC attractions. This gem of a tour allowed us to see some of NYC's best attractions within an hour. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Our tour was at 2:30. We got to the address at 2:15, but couldn’t find the port area so I called the phone number listed to find out where to board; however, it’s just an answering machine. I called back twice while we continued to search for the boarding place. At 2:32 we found the yacht; they weee just pulling up the plank so I asked if we could plz board. The guy became verbally abusive, eventually calling me a white hoe. They would not let us board so we didn’t even get to take the cruise for which we paid. I left two more voice messages at the number listed and asked for a refund. Today is the next day… I have yet to receive a call back from my messages. DO NOT BOOK ON THIS YACHT NOR THROUGH VIATOR! The worst customer service, ever!
