Terrible experience. I booked the wrong day accidentally and no call or message was sent to me that it would leave soon. I had to pay $60 for the next day almost full price and they did call me that time. I wish they would’ve called me the first time. I have received no answer in regards to a refund and it has been over 2 weeks.

The guide didn’t have our name on the list. The guide who gave the tour was ok, but you could barely hear her. A microphone would be useful. I thought we’d get information at the Statue as well. Not sure how we avoided lines.
