The plan was very good on paper but it could have been better executed. It turned out to be a long 6 hours, with little insight into NY. I perceived that the guide was a substitute and not usually in charge of these tours. The guide did not know the answers to most of the questions we asked and when really stumped googled the answer. We could have done that. Also, even though the Staten Island Free Ferry experience was interesting, we were under the impression that we were taking a boat ride to the statue, not a pass by in a commuter ferry. In the end, they were scrambling to keep us occupied until the time was up.

We had a great experience with Small Bus Tours NYC (Dec. 2022). Bryant (tour guide) and Guy (driver) were great. It's a 6 hour tour but it goes by really fast. You get a quick overview covering lots of the "can't miss" spots in NYC. We did the same tour with our oldest daughter 3 years ago and liked it so much that we repeated the tour again. Thanks for a great experience. . .until next time.
