I booked this trip for my brother visiting from overseas and my son who was hosting him in NYC. My son made a mistake and put the wrong address in Maps so they ended up in the wrong place. While they were taking an Uber to get there, I called Customer Service and let them know. They contacted the heliport so they were waiting for them and they could do the ride. This is one of the best Customer Service experience that I have had in my live. These guys are 5 starts. The feedback I got from my brother and son on the tour was unbelievable. Something memorable that they will not forget in their entire lives. Tip of the hat to them.

Great time to take the trip (16:00 in mid Nov) as we caught the sunset which was outstanding. The trip was very good, although we were facing backwards which was not great, but also there was no legroom (I am only 5’ 1” so I am not sure where my legs would have gone if I was any taller! The route was good, we had the 30 min trip which was the same as the others but slower Overall it was an amazing experience
