We hope this tour will entertain and educate our millions of returning visitors from around the globe. During the months St. Patrick’s Cathedral was closed, we had the opportunity to overhaul and upgrade the entire audio tour. We added hundreds of new images and audio segments. The tour is offered in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese.

Overall, my husband and I had a great time. My one complaint is that we didn't find out until the night before that you have to get around on your own to get to all of the events. It's not explained when you book the trip. We spent extra money that we hadn't planned on spending, especially since we don't know our way around Manhattan. Uber rides will add up. Also, the time that we picked for the tour isn't the time that we were assigned to go on the tour. We picked 12:30pm and the boat tour wasn't until 2:30pm. Dave and Buster's is still closed because of the Pandemic. We were given vouchers to The Hard Rock Cafe. The food was great, but that should be explained beforehand as well. If it wasn't for Julie from Reservations, we wouldn't have known anything.

This is a ticket package and does not include transportation. Thank you for pointing this out. I did verify and under excluded items it does say there is no transportation and this is self guided. I am happy you enjoyed

Viator this was awful. Your customer service made me experience in New York so unhappy. You all just took my money. I didn't get my passes to DAVE N BUSTERS NOR THE HOP ON HOP Bus. I WILL EXPRESS MY FEELINGS AND CUSTOMER Service concerns, ON SOCIAL media when I get a spare moment. Please call me.

Amazing day out and booked 3 months in advance the Crown entry which was hard work climbing up small spiral staircase but it was worth it no good for the claustraphobic! Excellent value.
