Well, we arrived in NY for the weekend and decided to book a hop on hop off tour to allow someone to be our guide. We couldn't have booked a better one then Topview - Christopher & O-Joe were amazing and went out of their way to help us with other options re: food, etc., The other sales staff we encountered throughout were not pushy and they drivers of the buses were very helpful and polite. We would highly recommend this tour company. The options allow you to see the majority of NY without the hassle of driving yourself.

This company advertises on success and is not geared that way at all. The bus frequently missed stops (for hopping on or off) and the app times are not correct. We waited many times thinking that the bus was coming in "10 minutes" only to find out it was actually going to be another 28-30 min or it skipped us entirely. It was way faster to walk everywhere. I would not recommend at all. In addition, all sales are final immediately. So, there is no reason to help a customer out.

If you want to wait at a station for an hour and watch the busses of other suppliers passing by then Topview is your choice. The staff is friendly and try their best to compensate the lack of service from this company.
