As with everything in December in Time Square, it is extremely busy and a booking is absolutely required! Also with every Hard Rock the building decor and wall mounted memorabilia are superb. Although it was very busy, the service was actually pretty efficient and the food very good. Even if, my order was not correct when it arrived, but I let it slide as my waitress was very nice.

Me and my teenage son popped in for lunch on Sunday. We were seated promptly but that is where the positive ends. Our food took over 35 minutes to come, the waitress kept telling us it was coming and topping up our drinks. When it did arrive it was mediocre at best. Steak fajitas was lacking enough steak to make the 4 tortillas. The grilled chicken burger was dry and not nicely presented.

Was there on Christmas Eve with family. The food was fairly good but seriously overpriced. Our server was friendly and welcoming. The one big complaint I have is that the music was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. One of our party ended up with a headache because of this resulting in us leaving early. I have been to Hard Rock cafes all over the world and have to say this one was very disappointing
