Went on a Sunday afternoon. Service was very good. Good music and atmosphere. Had the Legendary Burger which was very nice, accompanied by a very nice IPA (Six Point - Sweet Action).

Rude unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Staff members arguing and swearing in earshot of customers. Average food which took ages to come to the table and was brought out bit by bit rather than all together! Waitress leaning over people still eating to pick up empty plates from those who'd finished. Expensive prices and not good value for money. Paid waitress in cash the exact amount of the bill for 3 of us (the other people with us were paying their bill separately) which was $162 and she walked off with the money then came back demanding to know in a loud and aggressive tone of voice where on earth her tip was? She asked whether we had noted the suggested tip values at the bottom of the bill, which we had, but had intended to leave a cash tip on the table as we were leaving. We're from the UK so tipping is not expected as it clearly is in America, although we had still intended to leave a small tip of $10 on the table which is how we do it in the uk. This was to be a goodwill gesture only as we didn't feel gratitude towards the waitress as she was very rude to us. As a result of the way in which she'd approached the matter, we then decided NOT to leave any tip at all - why would we reward rude, disrespectful team members?! We couldn't wait to leave and felt that we'd of been better spending the money elsewhere.
