Jade was pretty cool and knowledgeable. Maybe put an age limit 13 and up. We had a young girl in our group and it was very annoying.

Our guide, Ava, was very enthusiastic and engaging. Her delivery was a bit scattered and cluttered with too many personal anecdotes. It is a bit disheartening to hear about lots of activity that occurred on other tours while little to no activity is happening on yours. It makes you question the accuracy of the information. We also had a different idea of what the tour would be based on the title. There was not much historical information given, nor were there many details about the hauntings shared. We also noticed that one couple left in the middle of the tour.

The fact that they died to spoke too fast walk too fast didn't really wait till everybody was there to give it out information. The description never said that there was excessive walking and a lot of hills I think it was the poorest ghost tour I have ever taken
