Огляд

The ultimate multi activity package: a helicopter tour, a dogsled tour and a landing on the lower glacier to explore the melt pools and crevasses.

Start this adventure with a spectacular helicopter ride over glaciers and icebergs. We often see moose, black bears, Dall sheep and mountain goats. Land on a huge snow field high on a glacier and enjoy a whole hour with Alaskan sled dogs and their mushers that live here all summer long. Take the dog team for an exhilarating dogsled ride through real snow. You can stand on the runners and mush your own dog team if you want, or just sit on the sled and let the mushers run the team.

After the tour the helicopter takes you to the lower glaciers where you will land on the hard ice between the crevasses to see the majestic blue melt pools.

Total Tour time 2 hours - 1 hour on the glacier with dogsledding (aprox 30 min sled ride) and 30 min at the lower glacier near the crevasses and blue melt pools. Aprox 30 min of flight seeing total round trip

Alaska Helicopter Tours has Robinson 44s and ASTAR helicopters. We never guarantee the type of helicopter you will be flying in unless a private helicopter option is purchased. Parties with multiple separate bookings, or parties over 2 passengers may be in 2 helicopters, but will always be together for the tour.

Once in a lifetime experience made better by a professional team of ground crew, pilots and mushers. My two kids and I loved every minute of the experience. Being able to pet the dogs after the sledding and the glacier landing were highlights. Ben our pilot was great to talk with and made my family feel safe as we enjoyed the amazing landscape.

Everything was amazing! We saw so much on the helicopter, the dogsled ride was fun, and walking on the glacier was unbelievable! This trip was the highlight of my entire trip! Shad my pilot made sure to show us as much as possible on our flight and Emily taught us so much on the dogsled ride!

This was amazing! My first helicopter ride! And then the dog sledding on top of that! The staff live on the glacier as do the dogs and we were given a brief glimpse of there lives and time to interact with the dogs, as well as the puppies. Our helicopter pilot Chad was great, giving us a wonderful flyover tour. The glaciers are slowly melting (thanks a lot global climate change) and I’m thrilled I got to experience this!
