We saw so many celebrity homes, some I didn't even anticipate seeing. Geoff. K is a fantastic tour guide filled with lots of knowledge & puns. Highly recommend this tour!

I couldn't have chosen a better place to go on tour!!! The customer service was amazing. They were very kind. My tour bus driver, Alana, was the sweetest person you could ever meet! She was so full of knowledge about the celebrities. She went out of her way to go into so much detail, and she didn't even have to. She has a fun zesty personality. When we got to the homes, she would stop to make sure everyone was able to take pictures. She let us know ahead of time what was coming up and where to look when we got up ahead. She would even tell us to wait until she moved up so that we could get a better picture without trees in the way. She cares!!! My mom had left her wallet and keys on the bus after our tour. The company was closed and the bus drove away to an off site location to park for the night. Even though the business was closed and nobody was in the building, they still returned an after hours call to us when my mom realized we couldn't get in our rental car and that the keys were on the bus or in the office. Alana was already getting on the ramp to the freeway to go home for the night. They got ahold of her and she offered to turn around, go back to the bus and search for the keys and wallet! She works on tips, so she wasn't even getting paid to do this for us!!! She looked, but didn't see them. She got off and then decided that she need to take another look because we were all stranded in downtown Hollywood at 8:30 pm. Our hotel was an hour away. She went back on the bus and found the keys underneath the seat, on the floor. She drove her personal car back to us, and delivered the keys. I tried to offer her some money, but she absolutely wouldn't take it. Please, if you go, please ask for Alana! It would be my way of giving back to such a kind soul. Alana was our hero that night. We were pretty scared. I had my three daughters with us. One which needed lifesaving medicine at 10 pm that night and it was back at our hotel. You will not be sorry if you book through this company and ask for Alana. Other companies don't stop to let you take pictures and some don't even explain what you are looking at. This place went above and beyond in doing both. I don't know Alana personally, but if you are reading this and you do see her, please tell her that Tracy is still very grateful to her for what she did for us and let her know I sent you, so that she knows she is being rewarded for her good deed and how great she did on our tour. Thank you so much! ❤

Sammy our driver. He was great! Took us all around Beverly Hills and Hollywood Blvd. He was also funny and great with kids. Would recommend to others!
