See Landmark locations including: the Hollywood Sign, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood “Walk of Fame,” Beverly Hills Sign, Rodeo Drive, the Whisky A Go Go, the Beverly Hills Hotel, Sunset Plaza, and the Sunset Strip; including the restaurants and clubs where celebrities dine daily and hang out nightly. The tour duration is 2 hours provided by Ultimate Hollywood Tours. Movie and Film locations throughout Hollywood and Beverly Hills are included.

Great way to see some of the highlights of LA and some beautiful celebrity homes and hideouts. Our tour guide was good, not great. Two hours with her on windy congested roads was plenty, but I’m glad we did it. A fun thing to do in LA.

Planning our trip to LA with 3 other friends I decided to book with this company for February 4th 2019. Unfortunately due to weather they texted me and cancelled our tour. I understood, they can't predict the weather or control it for that matter BUT... they asked me to reschedule and I was unable since the five of us were all leaving the next morning. I requested a refund and they said no problem. HOWEVER, after texting them THREE times in a two and a half week period asking where my refund was, my texts were completely ignored and I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card. Well I just received confirmation with my credit card March 27th that the dispute has been approved! FINALLY!!! However I should not have had to take the time to file the dispute. Funny how they were replying to ALL my texts until I suddenly requested a refund from a tour THEY CANCELLED. And whats even funnier is we seen their bus driving around that day because we took our own tour. Rain wasn't that bad, but whatever. So book at your own risk and just pray for sun and you'll probably be fine. If it rains, call credit card immediately! Thank you for wasting my time!

Dear DonnieNTammy, Thank you for acknowledging that we responded to all your texts. We're glad you received your refund from the 3rd-party booking service you used to book your tour. As my accounting person explained, we can easily make refunds within 1-3 days when you book on our website. If a guest books through a 3rd-party website or service, as you did, then that service must process the refund. When a tour is cancelled, regardless of who cancels or why, we do not receive payments from 3rd party services and therefore are unable to process the refund. I recommend carefully reviewing the refund process and disclaimers on any 3rd-party website prior to booking your vacation plans. Their policies may differ from Ultimate Hollywood Tours. We decided to do a traditional Hollywood day for out of town guests and chose Ultimate Hollywood Tours. We had the best time and tour guide Katie, made it so much fun. Katie was so knowledgeable and knew all kinds of extra things. Very trendy. We will recommend this tour to all who visit and always ask for Katie. We even took pictures with her to commemorate our visit.
