Great tour! Don't let a bad apple ruin this fun bunch! We had a great time and Jeff took excellent care of his passengers. It was so nice to be able to relax and let someone else do the driving so we could enjoy the sights. This tour, unlike any others, includes a fun video that talks about the various homes, homeowners and interesting facts along the tour. They provide blankets, but you may want to bring a light jacket as it can get cooler in the higher elevations. I would recomend this tour to anyone visiting the Hollywood/ L.A. area!

I am researching a tour for my family vacation. After reading the way the business responded back to a unhappy customer, I am disgusted and would never go on a tour with a company who can act this way.

Dear Sir: I'm so sorry that you were in some way offended by an honest and sincere response to a customer concern. Especially since you have never even tried a Star Track day or night tour? I'm going to be 100% honest here. You have many choices in Hollywood and you can go anywhere you want. But the truth is most of the tours in Hollywood are poor quality and you will not get much value for your money. Old vehicles, average tours, little regard for customer service. We try very hard to do our best every day. And I can honestly say we offer the BEST 2 hour day and night tours in Hollywood! Great tour guides, brand new vehicles, TV's with video in every Star Tracker!! Quite simply you get sooo much more for you money. I'd like to offer you a free tour to see what your missing. Hope you'll try it. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I just took the Star Trak tour yesterday and would like to say our tour guide "Nick" was awesome and did an excellent job. He was very polite, funny, and knowledgeable while doing his job. We really enjoyed the tour and recommend it to everyone as a must see. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and all of the fun knowledge on the tour.
