Charles our guide was great. The horses were very gentle and well behaved. The scenery in the desert was beautiful! The company provided great directions on how to get there. I would highly recommend!

I would not recommend if you are trying to have an excellent, trouble free experience. Once booked there are no clear directions on how to get there. On the site it says max time to get there from the strip is 20mins but really it’s 40. The screenshots sent after texting the number did not match what I was seeing on my end and it took a while for them to response. Thank God I have a patient Lyft driver that was determined to help me figure it out. I asked could someone call but they didn’t. Customer service was horrible. I ended up 20mins passed my time. They took the group out before me who were late and got 30min ride and I got 10mins. They wanted me to wait several hours to go on the full ride when they could have side that when I told them I would miss the noon time because of the slow response. 10mins for $170 not worth it. So many had issues and this show that they take the money and care less if you don’t get the experience you paid for. Viator should not be a third party if they do not have the schedule worked out with them.

Hi! I am sorry but this is incorrect. We gave correct directions and helped you the entire time. You even stated to us you left your hotel very late and we advised you reschedule. Your group was an hour late for your tour! We can not make other groups wait an hour for you to arrive to start and we do have other tours booked. That would be rude to those clients that arrive on time. When the group returned for the ride you missed instead of you getting No ride at all you were offered a shorter ride ( we literally squeezed you in between tours) since your group showed up unexpectedly after you had told us you were canceling in text! You received more than a 10 minute tour and I am shocked you wrote this as we were super accommodating

The whole ride will last about 40-50 minutes depending on how long it takes to complete the waiver form, and the view is just mediocre compared to rides we had in the past in other places outside Las Vegas. The cowgirl is very nice to us, especially to the kids, and the horses are adorable so I am giving the ride a 4-star rating.

Hi! Our views consist of red rock formations, various types of bushes, wild life, volcano, and scenic mountains. We are in a desert so those are the views that clients will see while out on a ride with us. The ride is 1 hour on horses plus additional time getting in and off, waivers and pictures taken. If clients show up late that may affect the time as we have other clients waiting.
