We forecast cloud and auroras to ensure we are going to see Aurora. With our key locations and experience we will view the Northern Lights or you can come out viewing with us again for free within the next 30 days as part of our Aurora Guarantee Policy**

Gold, Gold, Gold! Alaska is known for oil and gold. Our guides are familiar with gold panning and the man who first discovered gold in July 1902, starting the Fairbanks Gold Rush. This monument is one of many treasures we are happy to share whenever possible with guests. Please remember we go where the clear skies are and not all guests have the same locations to visit. If you want to learn about Alaskan History, ask our wonderful guides who are happy to share both personal and historical facts and stories.

Alyeska Pipeline Viewing Point

Here at Aurora in Alaska we go to the best cloud free location each night. One of our favorites stops along the way is the awe-inspiring and historical Alyeska Pipeline. Whenever possible our guides happily share our Alaskan history with oil and take guests up close and personal to the pipeline.

Our tour was well organized, Andre, our guide was very professional and courteous, the van used was clean and comfortable! Andre made our drive feel safe. We did see the beautiful “ northern lights” … made my family’s sleepless night worth it. It was waiting for us when we got to our viewing spot! Reservation was easy, they were very organized and kept us informed every step of the way. At the viewing site, we had bonfire, hot cocoa/coffee station ( wonderful touch) , reindeer sausageand photo shoot. This company got it down! We did stop at another site on our way back when Andre saw another showing of the northern lights which was great! We had enough time to enjoy the lights, take pictures and relax by the bonfire. I would strongly recommend Aurora in Alaska for northern lights viewing!

Our trip was so amazing!! Nicole was meticulous in providing all the information. Tony, our guide was sooo good, he was so knowledgeable and went out of way to ensure that we saw the aurora. It was a slightly cloudy night but he drove further to find the perfect spot for us to clearly view the magnificent aurora. Definitely recommended!
