The performers did an amazing job. The food was good and the ambiance of sitting by the sea watching boats come and go while enjoying dinner.

The staff at the event were great. But as I was walking the distance to the front of the hotel I had to use the restroom. I asked the front desk if I could use the restroom. She told me I needed a room key. I told her I was just at the Luau and I really need to go. She just stated I could go back to the Luau. I’m 51 yrs old and I would not make the trip all the way to the back. I spend $1,400 you’d think it wouldn’t be an issue to let me use the lobby restroom. Poor customer service. I won’t return for the Luau or to stay at this hotel.

We had a lovely time. Food and drinks were excellent. The entertainment was amazing. I highly recommend Island Breeze Luau for your Big Island visit.
