Arrived late in evening. Desk clerk at transportation desk acted as he didn't know about this type transportation. The voucher stated the name of the company picking us up. He called them and they arrived after a wait of about 40 minutes. No big deal. Would use them again.

This was fairly good, in stark contrast to the return trip though for one passenger the driver went by their residence and they ended up having to be dropped off last.

Bit of a wait for transport upon arrival, very squashed in with 4 of us in a back row seat for an hours journey. Driver never spoke only announced hotel, still held out hand for tips. However it was cheap so we booked return to airport with them which was a much better experience.
