What went wrong, where do I begin. I had already written a missive about this, but it would not send. All I can say is that we landed at JF K at 3.30 pm, and were at the desk booking in for our transfer at 3.50, being given a transfer time of 4.31, which I would have found acceptable. We were not collected until 5.30! and we arrived at The hotel at Times Square, 46th street at 7.00, so I will let you draw your own conclusions on how we feel. We can assure you we were not the only disgruntled passengers, hearing comments that people had been waiting for 3 - 4 hours. I can only admire the ladies at the desk, having to field all the frustration, but also having to acknowledge that this was not something new. Nowhere on booking this transfer were we given to understand that this length of transfer time is to be expected! Had we had this foresight we would never have booked and would have arrived at our destination a lot quicker making our own way!

Have had better transfers. They estimated 30min wait for pick up which turned into a 55min wait, the driver rear ended another car leaving the airport as too busy reading paperwork. Also one passenger seemed out of the way compared to where ther rest of us were dropped off. Made the trip extremely long!

I had to wait 75mins at the airport for the shuttle to arrive - If I had known this was the expected wait time, I would not have booked this service. Having said that, once the shuttle arrived, service was very good, and I was taken right to the door of my hotel. If the wait time had been less than 30 mins. I would have awarded 5 stars.
