The van, not in excellent condition, got us to our destination via some very heavy traffic. Quite a delay at the airport - looking for passengers, no doubt. However, for strangers to the city the arrival transfer to our hotel was probably a sensible way to go.

waited over one and ahalf hours for transfer from airport to hotel and then the driver almost left us at the airport

Had to wait around 20 minutes to get picked up at arrivals, not too bad, about an hour journey into New York, traffic was really busy, drive took us thru residential area, which was lovely seeing all the houses decorated for Xmas. Would recommend shared transfers.
