First driver arrived and apparently called my name then left although I was standing next to him the entire time. I called the company and they told me I was a no show!!!. Waited another 30 minutes until a further van and driver arrived. He was great and so apologetic regarding the first rooster.

After we arrived at JFK we were picked up pretty quick. We walked to the van where the trouble started. The driver turned on the radio and told us to wait while he had to check some information. It took him a staggering 48 minutes !!!! I know precise because of a phone call I made when he left to return with another couple. Subsequently he mentioned our papers where not in order !!!!, we needed another paper. He called his boss on speaker who told him to email a picture of our documents, another 25 minutes. Apparently that was too much of a hussle so he decided to leave anyway after hanging-up strange right?. When arriving at the gate of the airport parking lot there are 6 gates you can choose to pass through all empty expect one, he picked the one where a car was waiting while 3 employees were dealing with what seemed to be a problem. The other lines were free to go and were used by other cars !!!!. After we said something about it he went back and took the gate on our left. You can not imagine how I angry I was, I'm getting angry again while I'm typing this. He ruined our first day just because of his terrible attitude. The problem is you can't do anything about it, your faith is in his hands at that moment.
Please, I'm asking you, PLEASE, find out who was our driver and make sure he gets FIRED. This is the worst advertisement you can get as a company and for sure I we will never ever recommend somebody using this shuttle service.
