Had to wait about 40 mins for collection, but driver was excellent. Knew his way around New York and was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the ride in from Airport to NY as driver pointed out landmarks and gave some historic notes about certain areas. Will use again

Driver took vouchers and studied them for a very long time. Gave me a hard time about my page 2 that I wanted back after he reviewed it. Once inside van, he sat at the terminal for a very, very long time - leaving passengers wondering why. When a couple asked if we were going to leave as they had waited 2 hrs. inside for the van, he was very nasty to them saying your wait inside is not my problem - I have to go to other terminals. He kept repeating this over and over, loudly, until the couple told him OK, no problem, everything is fine.

This was a good first experience to New York. We shared our ride with other visitors so they were all in the same boat and managed to experience the chaos of driving in New York. Our driver was friendly and informative and managed to avoid a massive traffic crawl from JFK to Manhattan and got us there safe. :
