Had to wait a long time at the airport for the shuttle to arrivewell over an hourbut the shuttle journey itself was fine.

An excellent service - on time both from and to the airport, helpful and polite drivers. Reminders up to the date to check everything was ok. Would certainly recommend this service

Three hours of delay at JFK Airport on 10/18/15, no one answered me, employees would not listen and poorly educated. Day lost because of this Company. I do not recommend to nadaeste service is of poor quality and do not mind my time, just looking to sell tickets and do expect that holds your reservation. The drivers did not appear, had no handy, no one claimed responsibility.
Really the worst I saw and I on this trip to NYC. Look another company.
