Had to wait over an hour for pick up, but were taken to the hotel promptly first words when we got out was No Tip, our first taste of tipping in New York.

Transfer worked, price was okay. Staff at airport was confused with my online booking but in the end they drove us to our hotel...

Horrible experience. I realized a shared van meant a little more time in arriving at my destination. I was the first picked up and after seven other passengers, the last dropped off. It took 3 hours to get to the upper west side of Manhattan from JFK. Ridiculous.
