We called when we arrived
Called 3 times and the Welcome Center called them twice.
After waiting 1 hr and 20 minutes we took a taxi.
The Welcome Center said they only have one driver and it's late our flight arrived 11 pm. We finally made it to,hotel pass 1 am. Never again

Could not find the pickup location or a phone in the terminal to ring them caught a taxi

Took 1-1/2 hrs to depart airport do to driver and his dispatcher not organized at all. Last EWR shuttle I took from the blue van took only 15 minutes to depart. Will never do Viator/Airlink again and highly advise others not to also.
