My reservation confirmation said: “It is not necessary to call us to reconfirm your pickup time. Our driver will be dispatched to pick you up at the time designated on this confirmation.”
My experience, unfortunately, was much the same as others: I arrived on time and followed the instructions going to the Ground Transportation Desk. Nobody was there to pick up me. On the way there, I received a text to confirm my pickup, which I did and it took me to a webpage that kept refreshing saying it was assigning a driver. No driver was ever assigned. I called the contact telephone and, after being put on hold 3 times, I was told that the driver would be there in 45 minutes. I got off the phone and checked Lyft, which said it could get me to my destination before my driver was even there to pick me up. So, I canceled my shuttle reservation online and took Lyft. The driver then later tried to call me, so I knew that my wait time would have been about an hour and a half. And, the company never told the driver that I had canceled.
