Went out with Melissa, Meagan, and Tom. Saw a good amount of whales, including some Orcas close-up. I really enjoyed this excursion.

We went on a whale watch aboard the North Star. Since the NCL Encore did not dock in Juneau until 2:30, our tour was later in the afternoon. It Was raining but it was amazing! The captain and the girl who did the narrating were both wonderful! We saw so many hump back whales! we saw them Breaching, waving a fin and yes...their whale Tale. So informative and just so memorable. even tho the weather wasn't the best we could open the windows once the whales were spotted to enjoy the view. Do not miss the opportunity to see the whales in the beautiful Auke Bay in Alaska! thank you thank you for such a wonderful day!

Great tour with lots of information about whales and locating them. The tour guide and captain of boat were fantastic. Just wish it was longer. Salmon bake was a little ordinary as the food didn’t accomodate for people from Australia. No food served had Anne’s of what it was. A bigger variety with more mains and deserts would have been lovely. The salmon bake wasn’t really worth it.
