We thoroughly enjoyed our whale watching trip with the salmon bake. Jen the naturalist and Jackie the captain were professional, knowledgeable, humorous and friendly. We spotted Orcas and Humpbacks. The salmon bake after the whale watching was fantastic! It truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this excursion.

Most of the whales we saw were at a distance, one got close about 10 feet away but it happened too quick to get pics, we saw water spouts also and groups of whales from a pack. In the end we saw sea lions on a bouy, up close. Was hoping for that perfect photo, did not happen. We got a lesson from the crew on whale migration and feeding then went to a salmon bake. My and my date only had one small piece of salmon that was smoked but they also gave out chicken wings and corn. Beer sold separately. A gift shop nearby then a brief shuttle bus ride back to port. The driver definitely was soliciting for tips, But why? It was a 12 min ride, I dont tip the bus driver back home?? Oh she gave us a verbal speech on the climate and who lived on the mountain sides. Bring plenty of ones They all want your money. If you're a hungry person you can eat your weight in gold.I love salmon but figured out not smoked.

Great time watching the whales. Sid took us to the Great spots to watch along with Savannah giving us lots of info on the whales. Polite, helpful and very friendly.
