I was hoping to suprise my wife with a flower Lei, but nobody was there to greet us with our name on a placard. There was one greeter with a placard with someone else's name on it, so I had I decided to ask him if he was our greeter or if he knew where to find ours. This of course ruined the suprise for my wife and the greeter did not have our name. I then had to find a phone number and call the company to find out what happened. Turns out the greeter that was there answered the phone and so we ended up getting the leisure from him. He was nice and apologetic but it was awkward, uncomfortable and stressful way to arrive. Won't do this again.

Aloha Chris Please accept our sincere apologize for not having your welcome sign ready upon your arrival so you could surprise your wife. It was a human mistake. A different greeter was supposed to greet you but there was a misunderstanding. We are really sorry about that. We hope you still felt aloha and enjoyed your beautiful lei. The friendly greeting with tons of information was amazing. She told us about great places to eat. Great advice on some of the things we already had planned. Sent us to some hidden gems.

Dan communicated with me wonderfully from the moment I made the booking to sending photos and local sightseeing, entertainment & safety recommendations afterwards. He met us exactly where he said he would be. Easy to find, lovely lei greeting for all three of us in our family. I’d purchased this as a surprise and it was indeed that! They loved the experience and the orchid leis were beautiful – they lasted the entire week! Thank you, Dan, for making our arrival on the island of Kauai memorable for all of us. I recommend this service highly. It was affordable and Dan made it wonderfully exciting and effortless.
