If visibility is good in the ocean, you will probably have a great experience snorkeling at this location. However, I would strongly advise against booking your snorkeling trip with this company. On the day we went out, visibility was not good, and most other companies canceled their trips, but this one took us out anyhow. Despite the best efforts of our guide, we did not see any turtles and only a couple of fish in the incredibly murky conditions. Our guide was frustrated, and clearly disagreed with the decision to not cancel the trip. He tried his best, but conditions were just really bad for snorkeling. In addition, there was much tension between the guides and the company's owner before we went out. The company's owner struck us as a control freak who was trying to micromanage his employees by screaming at them a lot. It was a very unhappy experience to witness this screaming, and set a very bad tone for the rest of the tour. Finally, there were no introductions or safety talk or general advice given before we went in the water. If you're experienced with kayaking and snorkeling, this is not a big deal, but there were several people on the trip who were doing this for the first time and they seemed pretty confused and would have benefited from more guidance.

The experience with the staff was genuinely ridiculous and disappointing. They were unorganized and literally asleep in their car when we arrive at the start time. The boss started yelling at his staff and cursing in front of kids and others waiting for them to get things together. When we got out on the water the communication from the guides was sparse. None of them were adequately explains things or working together in any way. Also basically talking down about the other coworkers there when they were out of earshot. There was one woman guide who was very nice, but I don’t know anyones names… because not one of them introduced themselves. The reef they took us to was beautiful and that’s the only reason this is a 2 star not a 1. There was a poor woman who clearly was having mask anxiety with her snorkel and nobody took the time to show her the proper way to use their very sub par equipment. I cannot recommend this tour to anyone.. if there are other available kayak tours please find them

Experienced Guides, friendly and helpful. The waters are beautiful and a treat to see life below. Swim with the turtles, beautiful fish and coral reef. I’d do it again!
