Mark was an excellent guide for finding great local eating spots as well as providing history of Key West along the way. Definitely recommend for first timers and veterans alike.

Had a great time on this food tour with our guide, Aidan. He shared some really interesting history about Key West and he explained how the culture influenced the dishes as well. I learned a lot about how the dishes were made and the food tasted excellent. Highly recommend Aidan as a guide

We were on the tour with guide, Aden, today. I was totally unimpressed. Aden shared virtually nothing about the culture or history of Key West. He shows up 15 minutes late, because he couldn’t find a parking space (he told the group he is a local???) and he had to leave early for his “other” job. Skip this trip and find a better guide. There’s a lot to see and do in Key West. Unfortunately, Aden didn’t show any of that to us.

We’re committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and enriching journey, so it’s disappointing to learn that your tour did not meet those expectations. Our guides are carefully trained to share the flavors, history, and culture of the city in an engaging manner throughout the journey. It's surprising to hear that Aidan’s presentation didn’t reflect this. Guests often praise our guides for their knowledge and enthusiasm, and it’s unusual to hear otherwise. Regarding the late arrival, we understand that timeliness is a crucial part of a positive experience. While we strive for punctuality, this incident does not align with our standards. To address this, our Local Manager has scheduled a coaching session to ensure that our Key West team consistently upholds the quality we’re known for. While this tour may not have met your expectations, we’ve received much positive feedback from guests who have enjoyed the vibrant stops, delicious tastings, and unique stories on this route. It’s unfortunate your experience didn’t reflect this, and we regret that it felt like a missed opportunity for you to truly enjoy what Key West has to offer. Should you decide to join us for another tour, rest assured that each brings its own unique charm and flavor, with guides dedicated to creating a memorable journey.
