The actual tour was very good. Michael was very patient and informative. We did however have a glitch. I was on the Viator app getting the information that had one meeting point while Tripadvisor had a different meeting point. We were 30 minutes early to the original meeting point and ended up arriving 30 minutes late at the updated meeting point. The customer service response was they sent us an email. I'm not in email when I'm on vacation. I'm on the app and Viator and Tripadvisor should have the same information. We ended up going to three different locations before we met up with the group. The group was very kind to wait for us. Complete and utter communication breakdown.
