Swimming with magical giants as they dance and float right in front of your eyes is a truly magical Kona experience!

Our night manta ray snorkel tours begin departing at 6 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. and last about an hour.

Important note:
-Participants must be experienced swimmers and in good health in order to participate.
-Must have basic snorkeling experience.
-Weight Policy: Anyone 260 and over (not to exceed 320) is required to purchase an additional seat.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All participants must be experienced swimmers and have snorkel experience. Children must be 5 and over to board the boat. Due to the type of boat we operate (RHIB) we are unable to allow service animals on board.
25-30 minutes of water time
50 minutes includes travel by boat time as well

Water was very cold. Wet suits should have been included but cost additional cash. Getting some help/tips for the snorkel gear would've been nice. Would recommend going later in the day, we went at 6:30pm and didn't see Mantas until the last 10 minutes of the tour. The Mantas take a bit to come out. Also try to do a tour that's longer than 30 min in water. If you do participate in a longer tour, make sure you have a wetsuit or a lot of blubber on your body.

Aloha Quincy, I am so sorry that you felt the execution was questionable here. The ad where you booked discloses that wetsuits are not included as they are not required but are available to rent at check-in. I am so sorry that you missed those details. Regarding snorkel gear, we do give you basic information as a requirement to participate is that you must have experience snorkeling (also noted in the ad details). Again, I am so sorry that you missed those details as well. Regarding a tour that is longer than 30 minutes, that is almost impossible to find as all of the companies offer just 25-30 minutes of water time. However, I can understand why someone would want more time as it is a great experience. I am saddened that the reasons listed resulted in a 3-start review. Regardless, we are so happy to see on our video recording that your tour had about 3-4 rays and they even did flips. So awesome! We hope you enjoyed your vacation!

Peyton, Eliza and team were amazing. My kids were a bit apprehensive, but Peyton did great to make this a great memory.

This was a really great experience, we felt safe and the crew was helpful. We saw 6 or 7 manta rays and they get very close. Would recommend this to anyone who can confidently swim.
