Great 5 hour snorkel trip with dolphins, whales, manta rays and lots of fish. Capt. Rick zipped us down the Kona coast giving us some history of the island and lots of opportunities to see the wild life A great adventure for the active family holding onto the zodiac as we searched the seas for whales. The highlight of the trip was a snorkeling experience with wild manta rays on a sunny afternoon.

We had a great time with Captain Rick. He made our 5 hour tour fly by with many stops and terrific commentary. He fully catered to what ever we needed. We saw dolphins, manta ray & a short glimpse of some whales beyond our long snorkel excursion. Recommend!

Thanks for recommending our snorkel tours to Kealakekua Bay, the beat the crowd tour has a lot of wiggle room with its 5 hour time frame. Dolphins, manta ray and a distant whale are great sightings during the trip. Captain Rick is a great part of our team here at Captain Zodiac.

They canceled last minute then re- booked only to wait till I called night before to say no trip was planned.

Aloha David, I am sorry that you were not able to come out and experience a trip with us. Unfortunately, as a business we do need a minimum amount of passengers to book a tour to be able to run it. With tourism being so cut back right now and after a year of hardship we are sometimes calling guests and asking for flexibility so that we can work with everyone's schedules. When we received your call on Christmas day at 8pm we simply did not have a trip going out at the time you requested the next day. We would've happily sent you on our boat going out just a couple of hours earlier. I feel confident that had you not hung up we could have found a solution that worked for both parties.
