The tour check in area was easy to find and located right next to the public restrooms, and we were outfitted with gear that really fit (not those one-sized fits all approaches...they made sure our gear was a perfect fit. The tour was fully booked so it was a little more challenging to find a comfy seat and move around on the boat than we had anticipated, but the ride was smooth and safe out to a few snorkel spots where we were really the only tour group in the area. Sighted a diversity of fish, some octupi, plenty of green sea turtles, lobster, urchins, and even some rays. Also got some really interesting information about the area from our guides. Spent a little more time cruising from one spot to the next than we would have liked but I think that was probably more about the conditions/hopes for early-season whale sightings that ended up not really materializing. Overall do recommend - they took really good care of us, have a lot of local knowledge, and are good at gently reminding folks to take good care of the environment and one another in a way that feels friendly, kind, and natural.
