Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Please be sure to arrive 45 minutes prior to the tour time. This is to give you enough time to locate the activity site and complete the check in process before tour departure, 30 minutes later. Walking tour portion is approximately 60 minutes. All tour must depart on time, and late arrivals are subject to no refund.
All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline
No bags and backpacks of ANY kind inside the canyon, please leave those in your vehicle.
No camera equipment (tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, camera bags) inside the canyon, please those in your vehicle.
Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
No umbrellas, open-toed shoes, sandals or high heels (proper clothing required).
No Strollers, Wheel based devices such as wheelchairs, and Canes are permitted.
Infants (ages 0-3) REQUIRES a ticket to participate. If your child cannot walk during the tour, it is required that you carry your child in a front chest carrier or a back pack carrier.
Pets and Service Animals are not allowed.
No drones, GoPros or camcorders inside the canyon, please those in your vehicle.

Arrive at the check-in site, giving time for our guest to park their vehicles, and leave anything they do not need or allowed on the guided tour there. Then complete their final check-in process with the local Navajo Indian guides at the tour building and be ready to depart on the tour once their group's turn to enter is called.

Was a great experience except for someone not following the rules and the guides becoming loud and aggressive along with the visitors

It was beautiful but I’m not sure if it stated we’re not allowed to make videos. I found out once we got there and it’s due to copyright issues with Dixie company right next door. So heads up if you were hoping to get some memorable videos for yourself. Also, the employees there came off a bit rude and kept directing me with conflicting answers at the booth then before the tour. Apparently we weren’t checked in and had to double check with the booth twice which they didn’t seem too happy about with us. Not sure what the miscommunication was about. Overall, aside from these two incidents, we had an ok time. I felt like the guides with the groups behind us were rushing us and were staring at us with blank faces when we wanted to take pictures. If I’m paying about $100, I’m at least hoping to get a couple of moments to get pictures taken. I would recommend maybe a different company to friends and family. I will say though, the canyons are breath taking.
